Founded in 2009, at Bread for the Journey of Santa Cruz County (BFJSCC) we raise and grant seed money to inspired (and inspiring!) individuals and groups to help them bring their projects to life. We love practicing generosity, nourishing our connections as “Caretakers of BFJSCC”, our community and supporting projects that will benefit underserved populations in the areas of education, arts, environment and basic needs in Santa Cruz County. Our Motto is “Imagining GREEN!” (“Greenbacks to Give, Growing Things, and Nurturing Green Lifestyles”)
